• Limited Program & Early Termination

The Founders Benefit Package is a limited-time program and is subject to early termination at the company’s sole discretion. The company reserves the right to modify or terminate this program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Upon the program’s expiration or termination, no new members will be able to enroll, and the benefits, pricing, or features of this original offer will no longer be available.

• Optional Features & Add-ons

Features, services, or premium add-ons introduced by the company that are not explicitly included in the Pro Plan may still be provided at no additional cost. Founders Club members will receive at least a 50% discount on any premium features that involve third-party costs. For example, advanced AI tools with premium capabilities may carry additional value, but our goal is to offer them to Founders at or near our actual cost. Roadmap features are not guaranteed and are subject to deletion or modifications.

• Additional Users

Any new users added to a Founders Benefit Package subscription after the initial 500-subscriber limit has been reached will not be entitled to the Founders promotional rate. These additional users will be subject to the standard subscription rate and terms applicable at the time of their addition. The benefits of the Founders Package are exclusive to the original qualifying subscriber and are non-transferable.

General Terms

• The benefits of the Founders Benefit Package are non-transferable and have no cash value. The company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes a “professional user” for the purposes of program eligibility. The company’s determination of eligibility will be final and binding. This offer is provided in conjunction with our standard terms of service, which can be found on our website.

• Maximum Free Months 

• The complimentary membership benefit available to active, paid subscribers is limited to a maximum of nine (9) months within any single calendar year. Eligibility requires maintaining a minimum of three (3) consecutive months of an active paid subscription during that same year. This 9-month limit applies in total, including the combined duration of any other promotional offers—no combination of promotions may exceed this cap.
